Here is an online tool that does just that:

Steps:

1. Select Menu – Upload
2. Choose your file and upload
3. select simple crop tool from edit menu or “crop” after upload preview shows
4. size and position as close to 300×220 (our bio suggested size scale)
5. At base type in 300 and 220 and hit enter(optional)
6. select save
7. don’t forget to clear history to move uploaded file.
